I'm so grateful for the advice. It's not easy finding a fish vet. Let alone one that is willing to meet at 10:30 PM on a Wed. He was very helpful, offered great suggestions, and my fish, sweet Randolph, is on the mend.

Dr. De la Navarre was extremely helpful, as much as can be over a video call! We really appreciate his advice and felt he had true concern for our pet.

This app is a joke. Can't prescribe meds potentially. Joined late. Not worth $150.

So fortunate to have access to a vet who was attentive, kind and explained and answered all my questions (on a Sunday evening!). Thank you for all you did to put my mind at ease by confirming I am doing everything possible for our little guy.

Very helpful visit with Dr. Navarre. We talked through my bird’s issues and devised a plan until I can take her for an in-person vet visit.
