We booked an appointment to discuss at-home treatment options for our goldfish since there are no fish vets in our state. Been taking a dart-throw approach to helping our fish based on internet searches but were getting stuck and feeling hopeless. Dr. De la Navarre was thorough in his explanation of our options and helped us see that there are still options left to explore. Couldn’t be happier with Vetster for providing us with a way to consult with an expert.

Dr Byron was understanding, empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and so kind during our interaction. He calmed my fears and left the door open for any questions or concerns after our appointment for me to reach out should I still need him. 100% would recommend! Not many vets are comfortable and knowledgeable on chinchillas but Dr Byron put me right at ease! So grateful for his service!

Dr. Byron was extremely helpful and informative. Unlike many vets, he doesn’t just use a ton of clinical terms, he explains things in a way that’s easy to understand for those of us who aren’t in the medical field (which I can appreciate). He’s always a great resource and is willing to go above and beyond to help his patients.
