I have been a small animal veterinarian for eight years and have been working for Vetster since December 2022 when I am not on the hospital floor seeing patients in person. I studied veterinary medicine at St. Matthew's University and then went to the University of Georgia for my clinical training. I have extensive experience in infectious disease, internal medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, soft tissue/orthopedic surgery, dentistry, nutrition, managing chronic disease, food safety, neurology, oncology, public health, new pet parent coaching, pharmacology, end-of-life care etc. While continuing to practice medicine, I am finishing a master’s in Food Safety from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine to eventually help improve the pet food industry for our pets' overall well-being. In my free time, you will find me traveling, hiking, volunteering, or fishing on a body of water with my dog Pogue. I look forward to helping you and your pets!
