Dr. Angela Demaree earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University's College of Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine. She is also a certified high performance coach.
Dr. Demaree enjoys coaching pet parents through medical concerns and understanding how to travel safely with their pets, including how to find the documentation required for travel between States and Countries.
She recently retired as a Major in the United States Army Reserve and has spent her career in companion animal, equine sports medicine, and regulatory practice. She serves as President of the American Association of Food Safety and Public Health Veterinarians and the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine's Alumni Board. She is a member of the Indiana Animal Health Foundation Board and the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association's Innovation Task Force. She spends her free time with her horse, Tommy.
