First time using a service of this type. I have to say, Dr. Hamad exceeded expectations. We had a feline emergency and were panic-stricken. Dr. Hamad listened without interruption, was empathetic and provided the right information that allowed us to take the next steps. Will definitely recommend Vetster and Dr. Hamad. We used the service and provided the series of results received over the past 8 months from my dog's regular vet. Frustrated to receive the same basic assessment advice as first vet appointment 8 months ago, despite following that advice and recommendations, including the several follow-ups. Was hoping that by providing the entire history plus the fact that following the recommended course of treatment has not been effective, to have received a new direction. But did not.
