Our senior dog has been declining quickly and we were unable to wait for our regular vet to reopen after the holidays. Being a holiday long weekend, all local hospitals were closed, and unfortunately we'd had bad experiences with the only emergency hospital nearby in the past. Our dog also has mobility issues and severe anxiety, so being able to have an online virtual appointment from home was extremely helpful and we are so grateful for this service. Dr Lucy was so kind, very knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns in great detail, explained things thoroughly, and did everything possible to help us until we're able to see our regular vet next week. I have a lot of experience as a pet owner and used to work in the veterinary field many years ago, and I was very impressed with her, she seems like a fantastic Veterinarian and was so easy to talk to and discuss a solution together. Thank you so much, Dr Lucy!!
