Hi there! I'm Dr. Lisa Hutchison, and I'm passionate about providing compassionate and convenient veterinary care for your beloved pets. I graduated in 1998 from the Ontario Veterinary College, and began my career working in rural Southwestern Ontario with large animals for a year and a half. Although I valued the experience, I decided to change gears and proceeded to pursue a seven year career in small animal emergency medicine. Here I honed my skills under pressure and learned the importance of quick, decisive care. Since then, I've been dedicated to small animal general practice, focusing on building lasting relationships with pets and their people.

I'm proud to have become Elite Fear Free Certified in 2025, meaning I prioritize your pet's emotional well-being and strive to make every visit as stress-free as possible. I'm also a Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner, committed to ensuring your pet's comfort and quality of life through effective pain management. My professional interests include ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, acupuncture, and physical rehabilitation, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to your pet's health.

My goal is to make quality veterinary care accessible and stress-free for you and your furry family members. Whether it's a quick question about their diet, a concern about a new symptom, or help determining if an in-person visit is required, I'm here to offer expert advice and personalized support, all from the comfort of your home.
