Dr. Yu was very attentive and asked a lot of questions to make sure she knows my hamster situation and condition. She explained to me what could possibly happen to my hamster and provided me with the next steps needs to be taken. Definitely would be contacting her again for future appointments and questions.

Dr. Yu instantly puts you at ease. You know you are in good hands with her. She is so knowledgeable and makes the effort to make sure you understand everything she is discussing with you. She has relieved so much of our fear and anxiety over our budgie Louie’s recovery. Highly recommended her for anyone with birds. Or any pet. She’ll take care of you and your pet and be incredibly kind and considerate!

Dr. Kaying Yu has such an amazing wealth of knowledge about beardies - she answered all my questions in depth and clearly really understands these lizards and their needs. I feel super reassured, and will be going to her for any questions going forward. Bearded dragons are such complicated pets, and it's so hard to find a local vet who really understands them (and there is so much conflicting and often outdated information online) that being able to talk out my concerns and questions with someone who so quickly and easily knows the answers (and provides such amazing guidance - she also asked so many excellent questions about our husbandry, and I'm relieved to know we're not making any mistakes there) is absolutely incredible. I can't believe how much I gained out of just a half hour appointment! I just subscribed to Vetster (where previously I was only going to do one off appointments) because I know I will rely on her extensively going forward. Thank you SO much!
