Had an online consultation with Angi about my cat's previous urinary blockage and it was honestly so helpful. She took the time to explain what might have caused it, how urinary crystals and blockages happen, and what I can do at home to help reduce the risk of it happening again from an owner's perspective. I really appreciated that she didn't just answer my questions—she explained the the reasons behind everything. We went through diet, how to practically increasing water intake, stress management, litter trays, and other practical things I can do every day to help keep my cat healthy. She was really easy to talk to, didn't made me feel rushed, and I came away feeling much more confident about managing my cat's urinary health.

Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
