I had a really positive experience with an online vet consultation with Amanda. Even over the phone, she warmed to my cockapoo pup Kobe straight away. I'd been worried about his eating, and Amanda took time to listen to my concerns rather than rushing through. She asked thoughtful, probing questions to work through the possible causes based on his symptoms, which I felt showed she genuinely knew what she was doing (and cared for his health). Polite, professional, and warm throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with Amanda again if we need advice in future.

Dr Lyann Yeung is a rare gem of a vet. I first met her earlier this year when she treated my elderly cat in practice, and I specifically sought her out again because I remembered how knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely caring she was. She has a particular interest in elderly cats and understood immediately that, with my very elderly cat, the priority is balancing his medical needs with his comfort and quality of life. She listened carefully to his full history, took all my concerns seriously and gave me a thorough, practical and compassionate plan for managing him going forward. It is incredibly reassuring to speak to a vet who combines such obvious clinical knowledge with genuine empathy for both the animal and their owner. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Cecilia Vieira had looked into the submitted documents and medical history carefully beforehand and was well prepared. Being able to see a virtual vet was so helpful this morning after having a Great Dane with diarrhea and a newborn I was dreading sitting at the animal hospital but I made an appointment right away with Dr.Pakes, she was right on time for the appointment and gave me advice for his acute situation and a long term plan for his sensitive stomach and allergies. She was so professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

What a great service Vetster is! Quickly got an appointment with Dr. Levisman for my senior German Shepherd who does not get around so well anymore. I got a great care plan and prescriptions for my dog. I was even able to fast track one medication prescription by sending it to CVS near my home. I am blown away by the above average customer service, reasonable cost, and how knowledgeable Dr. Levisman is. Thank you!

I am the kind of person that can't always make it to appointments, and when I came home and found my cat with a much worse eye than when I left for work, I needed something early and wasn't able to commute to a clinic and back again, so I figured I'd try this website. I have to say I had a wonderful experience and feel good going forward with the treatment suggested and happy I can get the prescriptions emailed to me so I can fill them with a pharmacy before I go to work. I will likely use this service again! Dr. Rouleau was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was friendly and I feel good about the treatment she prescribed.
