Dr. Ana-Alexandra Stamatin

I’m a UK-licensed veterinarian with over a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong love for feline medicine. My journey began in 2010 as a volunteer in Romanian clinics, and I graduated as a vet in 2016. I now work in emergency and critical care.

My personal and professional life have always revolved around cats. When my own beloved rehomed cat passed away suddenly from a stroke, it deepened my understanding of the bond we share with our animals—and the grief that can come with losing them.

My clinical interests include ophthalmology (I’m currently pursuing certification through the BSAVA), as well as dermatology, neurology, surgery, imaging, dentistry and lastly behaviour. Whether you’re facing an urgent concern or managing a long-term condition, my goal is to offer clarity, compassion, and actionable advice to help you make the best choices for your pet.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, painting, and catching a good film or play. I look forward to meeting you—and helping your pets feel their best.
