I wanted to become a veterinarian since I was 5 years old. I have always had a passion and love for animals! I currently have two cats and one dog- all rescues. They each individually suffered trauma at a young age but that doesn't stop them from having a wonderful and spoiled life now.
I completed an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and a master's degree in physical chemistry prior to obtaining my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2016. In addition to this, I have completed a small animal rotating internship and a neurology specialty internship.
For the past 6 years, I have been working as an ER veterinarian in specialty and referral hospitals. I have a broad range of experience to discuss your concerns, help you be aware of your available options, discuss pros/cons, review recommendations and ongoing care, or discuss any concerns you may have. My aim is to provide clear information, aid you in understanding your pets condition, and help you feel supported.
