This is my third time contacting a vet on Vetster and they have all been wonderful to deal with. Rats are known for respiratory infections and unfortunately we live in an area where vets are few and those who deal with "exotics" even fewer. It's such a relief to know I can quickly speak with someone who knows about rats and can help me keep them happy and healthy.

I am living in Montreal and I’m using Vetster through my Amazon benefits insurance policy. On Saturday evening based on first availability I took Dr. appointment for video call for my little ferret. Dr. Madeleine Cosentino, Dr. Gurpreet Passi, Dr. Ethan Yip, Dr. Irene Mul, they all canceled their meeting which was putting me in more stress level, but as soon as Dr. Micky Snead accepted the video call everything changed, she was with us patiently through all our questions regarding my little ferret and gave us remarkable advices. Without her and her advices I was not sure how I could help my ferret. Thank you Dr. Mickey Snead.

I’ve had a great experience with this app and Dr Snead. It’s very difficult to find a local vet that treats Guinea pigs, and almost impossible to get an appointment at the emergency vet. Not to mention the stress on the piggies for travel. Hopefully I will not need to use this service again.. but definitely will if need to. My piggie is feeling much better!
