About Vet

Dr. Mak graduated from St.George's University in 2018. Since graduating, he have practiced in both an emergency and general practice setting.

In 2019, he started up Toronto Veterinary Home Euthanasia Services, an at-home end of life service for pets aimed to optimize pet welfare.

Dr. Mak has extensive experience with with reptiles. He has kept reptiles from a young age, with his experience including breeding and husbandry of a number of species (small -large snakes/pythons, chameleons, geckos, bearded dragons, monitors etc) . He also is well acquainted with parrot behaviour/training having kept and help re-homed many parrots.

He currently has 4 dogs, a green cheek conure, 2 panther chameleons, and crested geckos. Dr. Mak recently joined Vetster in March 2022.
