When booking an appointment, please describe your concern(s) and how long it has been going on, list the current medications, supplements and parasite prevention your pet is on, any pre-existing health concerns and if you’ve seen a vet for the concern before. Please comment if there’s been any changes in appetite, thirst, urination, defecation, vomiting, etc. The more detail the better. Please send photos or videos if possible.
