Dr. Ghotbi provided me with valuable information on how pain medications affect dogs and different affects of different pain medications for arthritic pain in dogs. She clearly, kindly and patiently educated me on which medications would be better to use ongoing versus which ones should only be use rarely for acute flare ups of pain. Dr. Ghotbi was very patient and understanding and listened to my information regarding Charlie and his specific situation and health status. She treated "Charlie the individual" instead of simply "a dog." Thank you so much for your time and expertise.

Our poor cat caught a UTI on a long weekend. This service allowed immediate relief by accessing a prescription when every vet except emergency clinics were closed for the holiday. Those emergency clinic visits can be so expensive and often have very long waits. Vetster saved the day! Thank you so much for the excellent service!
