After some technical difficulties I was able to work with support and get connected to Dr.Kyes, she was patient and understanding even though the appt started 20 minutes late. She had already looked at the photos we sent and knew what was wrong with our dog. She asked his history and provided great recommendations based on his current problem, and is even providing more information for us to review. I left the appointment feeling much better that we're making the right choices going forward, and 100% would re-book with Dr.Kyes in the future(though hopefully we'll be good for a while now!).

I contacted Dr. Websdale through Vetster for my dear elderly cat (16) who has a number of well-managed health conditions but with a recent progression of a muffled sound and laboured breathing. Being my first Vetster appt, I erred on the side of supplying "too much" information and too many attachments thinking that the vet I selected would probably not view or read through it all. I was so delightfully surprised with Dr. Websdale's professionalism, skill, caring and insight. Dr. Barsdale was also very willing to speak plainly with me and to provide her recommendations. Dr. Websdale joined the appointment online early and was very helpful in replying to me instantly when I was scared and confused after doing my own research. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Websdale and I will most certainly be scheduling follow-up appointments with her. Thank you!

Great service for animals who get very stressed at vet visits. My appointment was right on time. The dr was very friendly and professional. I realize that there may be times when an in-house visit is necessary however if you have questions and you are not in an emergency situation this service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would use this service in the future.
