About Vet

I joined Vetster to try and support my community during a world wide shortage of veterinarians. I aim to increase access to quality veterinary care to the best of my ability.

I am an Australian born Canadian, mother of twin boys and wife to a wonderful Canadian man. I have 2 cats (Barry and Mini) and a scruffy Jack Russell Terrier BB. My out of work passions involve mountain biking, paddling and enjoying a cheeky wine on a patio in the sun.

My passion in Veterinary medicine is guided towards diagnostics, particularly ultrasound. However, before I reccommend any test I ask myself and the owner if it will change our treatment plan; If the answer is no then I don’t want to waste your time or money.

My communication style is gentle but direct. This style is not for everyone but you can trust what I say at face value; I’ll be straight with you. In saying that, my job is to give you my advice to the best of my ability. In the end, you will always know your pet better than I will. You decide what is best for you and your family.

Cheers! Dr. India Fay
