Our local vets were both fully booked for a couple weeks which is too long to wait. Cooper is a 10yr old German Shepherd who is known to get ear infections once or twice a year that I usually clean and treat with prescription drops which I didn’t have requiring a prescription from a vet. I was put at ease with Dr Ethan Yip, who was very thorough in gathering all Cooper’s health & well being information to be sure nothing was being missed and he was being treated appropriately. Being my first time, Dr. Ethan Lim did an excellent job of explaining the next steps and navigation while also making sure I had no other questions or was unsure about anything. Thank you so much for allowing me to be able to treat Cooper far quicker as no loving fur parent wants their fur baby to be in any form of distress or watch them be uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr Ethan Yip along with taking the chance on using Vetster.
