Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the veterinary industry, both in clinical practice and in a research setting. Special interest in nutrition (therapeutic and wellness), exotic animal husbandry and medicine, and critical care medicine. Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Agricultural and Environmental Science, majored in Applied Zoology from McGill University. Teaching experience includes designing lectures and wet labs in exotic animal care and medicine as well as in-clinic staff training seminars and written educational materials. RLAT status obtained in 2008, retired in 2014. Currently working towards VTS in Clinical Practice- Exotics.
