I consulted Dr Lucy about my cat Shadow as he vomited up his breakfast and had been lethargic all day before vomiting again. She was easy to talk to, very reassuring and made me feel at ease for the upcoming evening and overnight. I felt relieved that I could message her after the appointment too. All round an excellent service.
