About Vet

Hi everyone, I’m Dr. Jo, a passionate small animal veterinarian with 7 years of clinical experience. I grew up in Aberdeen and I graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh in 2017. I spent several years in general practice in Scotland as well as in Thailand, where I volunteered with various dog and cat shelters.

My skills include preventative care, soft tissue surgery, emergency and internal medicine.

Outside of work, I love playing netball and training in Muay Thai. I also have a rescue cat from Thailand—he’s only got one eye, but plenty of attitude!

I am happy to help with any concerns you may have, from tummy upsets, skin problem’s, preventative care to chatting through the difficult decision of end-of-life care.

I look forward to speaking with you.
