We have an issue with one of our hens who is rather poorly and had been trying to book an appointment with a vet with who had avian experience. Our first appointment had an issue as the vet whom we had booked had an emergency so was unable to attend. We booked again with Helen, thanks to the excellent service by the support team at Vetster (Erica) who rescheduled us for an appointment with Helen. What a wonderful experience, a vet who was compassionate, caring and most importantly concerned for the welfare and health of the isolated poorly hen and the other in the flock. Superb advice, friendly and efficient in all aspects. The prognosis is poor for our hen, but I am hugely impressed with the service provided here by Vetster and most importantly, that of Helen.
