Deborah is very thorough & describes all of your pets treatment options & medication options in great detail. My 9 year old bunny has been prescribed antibiotics & eye drops. Yhank you Deborah . A very efficient use of time- Dr. Pakes interviewed me with precision and left no stone unturned. She offered to treat every symptom my cat showed and understood it was going to be difficult to have him examined in the most optimal of ways since it was the day after Christmas and every local vet was closed. I think it was the best consult I have ever had - the year's membership paid for itself in this one session alone.
