This was my first time using Vetster and the experience we had was second to none. The platform is easy to navigate and Dr. Machell was kind, thorough, and very receptive to questions. She was able to provide a prompt diagnosis, recommend a treatment plan, and send a prescription to my local pharmacy. I would absolutely use this service (and see Dr. Machell) again.
