I’m a qualified Veterinary Nurse (currently working in the insurance department of a specialist referral hospital) due to an injury. I have been qualified for 6 years now but in practice for about 10 years. I have an 18month old Rottweiler, a 7 year old German shepherd cross, a 14 year old cat and 6 ferrets 😊 I previously worked at a charity rehoming centre while studying towards my Nursing Diploma. I love being Veterinary Nurse and currently not being able to nurse physically due to my injury is very difficult but I am still able to help clients for which I am grateful. I have a special interest in internal medicine and have completed a certificate online for Endocrine diseases. I also started my own small business this year creating memorial jewellery with ashes and fur as a way to help people keep their loved pets (and humans too) close to them after they have sadly departed.
