Dr. Isilay Cesmebasi

Hi there! I am Dr. Isilay , I’m a veterinary surgeon graduated from Ankara University. I have over 9 years of experience in various roles including small animal practice, researcher, Official Veterinarian. I completed a PhD degree in Veterinary Biochemistry, which gives me a deep understanding of internal medicine—particularly in diagnosing complex or chronic conditions through lab work and clinical signs. To support this and help me with better diagnostics, I’m completing a postgraduate certification in Diagnostic Imaging soon.

I also have experience in telemedicine, therefore I specialise in helping you remotely to navigate any concerns. I can assess whether symptoms need urgent care or can be managed at home, providing clear, practical advice when you need it most.

In addition to clinical work, I’m an experienced Official Veterinarian, so I can confidently advise on pet travel, documentation, and export requirements.
