We are feeding an “outside cat” who has taken a long time to trust us. He may have been a left behind cat or a farm cat as we live on the edge of a village. He has a lesion on his neck but I’m worried that he will lose all trust in us if we lock him into a box & take him to a vet. I’m a retired doctor so it was easy to talk to the vet about appropriate options & what the lesion might be. We agreed on a treatment schedule for him.
