Then, they simply create a profile with their first name, last name, work email address and employee ID, and they’re ready to go. Although Vetster collects minimal employee information, we ensure all data is encrypted to the highest level.

Employee Pre-Registration Option

For employers who need even more data security, our secure eligibility file option enables employers to send Vetster a secure, encrypted CSV file with their employees’ information.

We import the file into our system, add all employees on the list to the company’s account and send them a welcome email to activate their profile.

Custom Platform Integration

For employers who need ultimate data security, we offer single sign-on (SSO) platform integrations, such as OKTA. Vetster’s Integrations Partnership Team will meet with the employer’s team to discuss their employee experience and data security requirements. Vetster can connect to workplace HR software like UKG, ADP and most other major HR platforms.

After connecting to these platforms through a secure API, our team will update the roles in the system, adding new employees to the organization and removing employees who are leaving. We can also offer an SSO within a portal or intranet.
