Dr. Matt is very knowledgeable and thorough. During the appointment he addressed all our concerns, paid a lot of attention to the issues our cat had and provided with a detailed plan of what to do next. I wish we were in the same town to be able to become Dr. Matt’s regular patients.

Dr. Matt was so friendly and personable that even just a few minutes into meeting him for the first time, we felt like we'd known him for years! He was also very knowledgeable in his assessment and recommendations for our puppy. Having someone guide us through obtainable steps to resolve her issues was excellent. He calmed our anxieties, and we felt cared for and understood - he even talked about booking a follow-up in a few days to check our progress!
