Dr. Ladak was a pleasure to meet with - I worried about not being able to describe elements of my cat's skin allergies while in a virtual appointment, but Dr. Ladak's knowledge made it very easy to navigate. She also gave me various options for treatment and clearly outlined the process of each. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Ladak is a wonderful vet that is easy to chat with. I was skeptical to do an online appointment, however, she did a great job navigating and conducting a virtual appointment while my cat kept leaving the camera view. She attentively listened to my concerns and provided very reasonable advice and solutions that were manageable and not fear provoking. I highly recommend Dr. Ladak and will be using her again for my cat :)
