Dr. Tina Chou was very kind and tried her best to help. Unfortunately, she was not able to assist with a prescription because my cat had not been to the vet for a physical examination recently. The purpose of our meeting was for travel anxiety so I just felt pretty helpless by the end of it. If I could get my scaredy boy into the car for a visit I probably wouldn’t be using this platform. That being said, I fully understand her position and value all the advice and recommendations she had to offer!

I was just informed to go to a vet so it’s not really a useful way. Now i will have to pay for a vet visit anyway Not the vets fault. She was kind. Empathetic and really nice. Bit online vet isn’t great for substituting a vet
