Couldn’t get my dog into the vet (too booked) so did this to try to help her. The greeting was pleasant, but she basically only read the brief questionnaire. Did not ask anything else. I tried to ask questions in the allotted time the appointment was set for, but within only a couple minutes of the appointment where I wasn’t able to say anything, when I tried to ask questions she told me, “ok but if I answer more questions the prescription and notes won’t be done until 1pm” then I asked another and the time changed until 2, then 3 and made it to 5pm… in a span of two minutes. It felt very insincere and rushed. Nevertheless, trusted her recommendations. Picked up what she had sent over, but she ignored my request of not wanting to use Benadry for her as I know it doesn’t work for my dog. So she still suffers.
