Helped out my dog with pinkeye and inflamed anal glands on Christmas Eve Day. Despite our appointment being virtual, he offered several realistic suggestions as well as a prescription for her pinkeye. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to come up with suitable solutions, and was knowledgeable about several OTC medications/enzymes that he thought were worth trying.
