First time using a service of this type. I have to say, Dr. Hamad exceeded expectations. We had a feline emergency and were panic-stricken. We used the service and provided the series of results received over the past 8 months from my dog's regular vet. Frustrated to receive the same basic assessment advice as first vet appointment 8 months ago, despite following that advice and recommendations, including the several follow-ups. Was hoping that by providing the entire history plus the fact that following the recommended course of treatment has not been effective, to have received a new direction. But did not.
