Dr. Duckhorn was very friendly, understanding and quickly diagnosed my kittens eye infection cause. He gave me a full explanation about the cause as well as things I could do at home to help her recover and he prescribed antibiotics which cleared up her eyes the next day! I am very grateful there is an app service such as this to get help with our pets when a typical vet appointment would be weeks away. Thanks again Dr. Duckhorn!

Dr. Martin helped us in every capacity he could even when the problem required a hands-on approach. He explained our options, gave us a run down of what a vet could do if they had in person access, and broke down why medication and at-home care would not be effective.
