I just had my first appointment using this platform, which took all of 8 minutes. The vet's demeanor was condescending the whole call. After speaking for a few minutes and showing him my pup, he proceeded to ask me "what I wanted him to do for me" before explaining what he thought the diagnosis was. Only after I questioned him on what I paid $164.00 for did he jump into what he thought could be going on. Positive: booking the appointment was quick and easy, and I got the prescription I asked for.

With a litter of puppies, things can change quickly. Dr. Gurpreet Passi was able to calm my anxieties and concerns and prescribe what was needed. He is good at providing tips and knowledge on what to watch out for and encouraged us to get into contact with him again anytime we need to! No need to leave our home and showed how easy it was to order medicine from home!
