Dr.Donna Chui provided an amazing first Vetster experience. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in communication. I was panicking about my cat’s unusual pattern, but after this appointment I feel reassured and have a prescription and action plan.

Spike wasn't doing so well today. All the local vets were either off on holiday or already booked. This was my first time booking an online consultation. Dr Donna, was extremely thorough. She reviewed spikes previous history, made some great recommendations and sent him prescription to be picked up locally. Thank you!
