Close questioning by the Vet of history of loss of hair symptoms in our cat revealed possible causes (parasitic or fungal that we had not considered. The vet made good use of our video call to add context to the original submitted report. Her experience with similar conditions allowed her to add value to what we knew . As a result, we were given a clear set of options for next steps to resolve this problem. Much appreciated.

My dog had a significant puncture wound that was getting infected and we don’t have access to vets on weekends. Dr. Grant worked with me so I could clean and care for the wound properly and she connected with my pharmacist to get us the supplies and medications we needed.
