Dr Forbes was such an amazing vet! She answered all my questions and took time to explain the issue my dog was having. She also gave me many options that could help my dogs current situation. I would recommend this vet to all my friends and family!

Came to Dr. Forbes regarding my 3m puppy having an allergic reaction I thought to vaccines. She was able to calm my nerves, reassured it likely is from vaccines and nothing else. We discussed which vaccines that he received, how they interact and what to expect in the next 24H. She has created a treatment plan, let me know what side effects from the treatment are possible, and also advised me of what to do for his next set of vaccines and gave me a suggestion for an alternative vaccine schedule due to his sensitivities. She was very understanding of my limitations due to where I live (remote location you can only fly or train to, no car access) and what to look for if I'm concerned it's a severe anaphylactic response. Amazing. Will use anytime moving forward I need an appt through Vetster.

Had our first online call with dr Caitlin who was able to get us an appointment within a couple of hours. She was very punctual, friendly and made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of before ending the call. She also made sure to go over instructions and that I understood what was going on with Mabel. Very good first experience.
