VetsterRx® fulfillment provides prescription and non-prescription medication, supplements, veterinary-approved diets, and more. It is available in all 50 States. A veterinarian’s ability to prescribe medication is governed by law, and prescribing is always at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Yes, but shipments cannot be made outside the US. We know people may be traveling with their pet, or prefer to have a shipment arrive at an alternative location - like the office!
Compound medications are special prescriptions custom-made just for your pet, mixing ingredients exactly as your vet recommends. The time it takes to get these to you can vary a little based on how complex they are. For standard compound medications, which are a bit more common, it usually only adds about one extra day to our regular shipping times. For custom compound medications, which are highly personalized for your pet's unique needs, we'll need an extra 2-3 business days to prepare them before shipping.
Vetster veterinarians can prescribe a wide range of commercial medications similarly to how they prescribe in-clinic. This may include medication for parasites, pain treatment, eye infections, skin rashes and more. There are nearly 42 000 medications available through VetsterRx Online Pharmacy.
