Dr. Horteloup is a wonderful veterinarian, she made sure to provide significant education on underlying causes of my dog’s condition and ensured that I truly understood the plan of care. As a RN, I also appreciated her caring and empathetic bedside manner. We plan on having a follow-up discussion after I am able to read all of the provided written education materials in case I should have any questions or concerns, so I also sincerely appreciate this as well.

Our telehealth appointment exceeded my expectations. The vet was attentive, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly evaluated my pet through video, explained what they were seeing, and walked me through the treatment plan step by step. It was convenient and surprisingly detailed, and I felt just as supported as an in-person visit. I highly recommend her telehealth services for anyone seeking quality veterinary care from home.

She was amazing. We were on vacation in Hatteras Island, NC, and one of my dogs had diarrhea. She managed to send a prescription for meds and a pharmacy less than 2 miles from me had it in stock. So thankful for her and this service!
