My first time using online veterinary services. Dr. Bouchard was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. That said, navigating the app is frustrating (though not her fault) and placing the order with the pharmacy was cumbersome…and includes an additional “coordination fee” 😞

Finally! Dr. Bouchard listened to the info and heard my concerns for my animals. She was professionally friendly, is obviously well educated in her field, and was willing to give me, as their Furmom, credit for really knowing my pets and sensing their needs. She genuinely was the best that I have ever met with online. She listened to me and she was genuinely concerned about my dog. She did exactly what I was hoping she would do and that was prescribed her some heavy medication to help with a hotspot. I highly recommend this veterinarian.
