Dr. Joel is maybe the best vet we’ve ever had, and we’ve been fortunate to have many wonderful veterinarians care for our cats over the past two decades. I reached out to him when our aging cat, Johnny, became very sick, very quickly. From our very first video visit and every message afterward, Joel asked thoughtful questions, gave clear, no-BS guidance, and somehow wrapped it all in genuine warmth, compassion, and obvious wisdom. His advice improved both Johnny’s quality of life and my state of mind, helping me become a calmer, more confident caregiver during one of the hardest weeks we’ve ever experienced. What impressed me most was how closely his recommendations aligned with those of our regular veterinarian, who has cared for Johnny for years. That gave us tremendous confidence that we were doing the right things for him. As far as I’m concerned, we’re Joel’s clients for life. 🐾
