About Vet

Tennessee and New York State Veterinary Laws DO NOT allow Veterinarians to prescribe medications via Telemedicine alone. In person physical exams must be maintained annually. This includes limitations for flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

I am a University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. I have spent several years working and volunteering in zoos as well as with small animals and exotics.

During my free time I enjoy hanging out with my two college-aged sons, my pets, gardening, and traveling. My current pets include Porter, an 11 year old hound mix, my 7 year old dumpster rescue cat, Maserati, and my newly adopted kitten, Slinky.
