About Vet

Hi! I'm Chelsea and I've been in the field for 15 years and as an RVT for 7 years. I have worked in GP, Emergency, Critical Care, Anesthesia and Dentistry throughout my time in the field and have a special interest in Critical Care and Emergency. I believe good patient care starts at home, every pet owner wants to do best by their furry family member and it is up to us in the veterinary field to help people help their pets. Clear communication, empathy, and in depth medical knowledge is incredibly important in teaching pet owners and assisting them in their time of need. Have questions on a recent diagnosis and need some guidance finding the right care for your pet? Bringing home a new family member and unsure how to make the transition? Not quite certain if your pet needs to see a vet and need help deciding next steps?

I am RECOVER and Fear Free Certified. I LOVE my job and cannot imagine doing anything else- I want to help!

I have experience with dogs, cats, pocket pets (ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, etc) and exotics. I have personal experience navigating through cancer treatment plans as well as managing kidney and liver diseases from my own pets. I have also brought home two new human siblings to introduce to my pet family and can help with that transition as well!
