We’re very involved with our in-person vet but unfortunately they were closed. We explained the issue and Dr. Mann was very thorough, even reviewing past bloodwork values and having us do a “physical exam” to the best of our virtual abilities. She was kind, knowledgeable and informative, and she listened to us. She gave us prescriptions and gave us what to watch for that would mean we need to go to a clinic. I was very impressed and relieved.
