He was able to ease my anxiety, skin conditions are hard over the phone, but he prescribed Benson something stuff to help, but we made a plan if it’s getting worse or persistent to take him physically in to get the scab tested. Benson hates the cage and car, so having this first step and a plan was very good for us. I am happy with my first experience with this service
