About Vet

I have been in the field for nearly 12 years with experience ranging from general practice, specialty, and emergency & critical care, with special interests including nutrition, preventative medicine, the human-animal bond, and behavior. I have owned anything from cats and dogs to turtles, tortoises, sugar gliders, and guinea pigs with experience with many other pocket pets throughout my clinical experience.

My current certifications include: RVT in MO, Fear-Free Certified, Human-Animal Bond Certified, ASK Certified

Currently, I serve on the Missouri Veterinary Technician Association board of directors as well as the Student Chapter of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America committee, and am teaching at a veterinary technology program.
