I have been in practice for 30 years as a small animal veterinarian and 36 years in total in the industry. I enjoy helping clients make good decisions that focus on preventative medicine/the effort and care of their pet, that consistently decreases the number of emergent visits to the veterinarian. This includes having discussions with pet owners that help prevent many of the easiest pet illnesses and concerns for pet owners (flea/tick and heartworm prevention, vaccines, basic behavior issues, spaying/neutering the pet, diets, the overweight and obese pet, and hygiene/basic care). I hope that education regarding daily care of the pet and utilizing the readily available products on the market will make your life as a pet owner simpler and improve the quality of life /extend the life of the pet.
