About Vet

Ever since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to work with animals. I took a brief detour in college, getting my degree in chemistry and then working as an analytical chemist, but the veterinary field kept calling my name. I decided to attend veterinary technician school in 2012, graduated valedictorian in 2014, and have never looked back! My favorite part of working as an RVT is getting to meet so many people and their pets, and discovering all the pets' personalities!

I have a 12 year old lab mix named Stella and a small aquarium full of shrimp. I grew up with guinea pigs and hope to get another in the near future!
