About

All Creature Mobile Veterinary Clinic I Dr. Donna started her practice by offering the first Housecall service in Southern California. Driving around Southern Cali and seeing all kinds of animals was a great start to life as a veterinarian for 12 years. The craziest was meeting Moose--the guy who owned the 12-foot python with mouth rot that he could barely hold still for the exam! The most dangerous was helping lions at an Animal Sanctuary. She was not even allowed in the cage and had to stand 8 feet away from the fence, so she wouldn't be snatched and dragged close ala Tiger King.

The Army I In the Army, her job was two-fold: the care of Military Working Dogs (especially while in combat) and also Food Inspection. She led a team of Animal Technicians to care for injured MWDs and another team of Food Inspectors during her first deployment. This was at Kandahar Air Field, a base in southern Afghanistan that was deep into the heaviest fighting at that time. While she can't go into the specifics of the MWD mission, she was responsible for treating any of the Working dogs that needed any care at all. She also performed emergency care on grievously injured ones and then arranged to have them airlifted to Army Dog Center in Germany.

Current life I Dr. Donna has retired from the Army to her land in WA State, USA. There she lives with her children, many dogs, cats, and horses. She enjoys spending time doing telehealth appointments, and in a way she has come full circle to doing house calls. Give her a call now!
